Italian family heritage sparked my passion for Italy, Italian football and more specifically, AS Roma at a young age. Having always had a keen interest in Serie A, I was fortunate to be visiting family in 2006, a trip that coincided with the World Cup semi-final, final and Italy's fourth triumph. If I needed any encouragement to immerse myself further in the world of Italian football, summer of 2006 was it.

Fast forward 7 years and I was looking to buy my first property and so the search for signed shirts to adorn the walls began. After researching online, I discovered, what was then, a fairly small but dedicated community of "matchworn" collectors around the world. I was hooked.

The prospect of owning a shirt worn in a game had never occurred to me. How would I go about finding them? How would I know they are genuine? Where to even begin? Thankfully, a seasoned collector of Celtic matchworn shirts helped answer all of the above and began introducing me to a network of collectors, each of whom was as passionate as the next.

Ten years later, the passion for collecting is as strong as ever and has, in fact, developed further. Collecting matchworn shirts, boots, swapped pennants and player medals, I have built a number of trusted contacts around Europe and have been fortunate to deal directly with many players.

This site has been put together to share my collection and a means of cataloguing what I have. I hope you enjoy viewing the items in my collection and please continue to check for updates as the site will grow in coming months to include all the items noted above as well as any new additions.
